DField Multilingual Sales Assistant + Lead Automation

DField wanted a site assistant that does more than chat. The goal was simple: help visitors decide faster, collect qualified leads, and trigger follow-up automatically—without annoying popups or long forms.

The assistant works in English and Hungarian, answers from verified sources, and can render actions (buttons, quick links, and an embedded contact form) directly inside the conversation.

Visitors had questions that were repeated daily: pricing logic, timeline, deliverables, and which service fits their situation. These questions slowed down the decision and pushed people to leave.

Leads were coming in from multiple places, but follow-up was inconsistent. Some visitors submitted a form and waited too long, or never received a clear next step.

Hungarian and English visitors behaved differently, and the site needed language-accurate answers and CTAs without duplicated content maintenance.

A bilingual assistant that can: (1) answer with source-grounded replies, (2) guide visitors through structured “decision paths”, (3) capture leads with minimal friction, and (4) auto-send email follow-ups.

Instead of dumping users onto a generic contact page, the assistant can render: quick-link buttons (Services / Workshops / Case Studies), a compact contact form, and “book a call” style CTAs—inside the chat UI.

When a visitor shows buying intent (e.g. asks about pricing, timeline, or requests examples), the assistant offers one-tap actions: “Get a quote”, “Talk to a human”, “See relevant case study”.

If the visitor submits details, the backend stores the lead (SQLite), tags it (language, service interest, urgency), and triggers an email sequence.

The moment a lead is captured, a confirmation email is sent under 60 seconds. The email is short, human, and includes two clear next steps: (1) reply with context, or (2) click a link to the best-fit page.

If there is no response, the system sends a second email after a delay (e.g. 24–48 hours) with a different angle: a specific relevant result + a single CTA.

To avoid hallucinations, the assistant answers from a curated knowledge base (services, offers, FAQs, case studies). Responses are grounded and can be configured to show sources.

Guardrails limit risky claims and keep outputs aligned with the business scope, pricing rules, and legal boundaries.

After launch, the assistant reduced bounce from high-intent pages by keeping visitors in a guided flow and offering fast CTAs at the exact moment they needed it.

Follow-up consistency improved immediately because every captured lead triggers the same high-quality first response.

The assistant didn’t replace the site — it made the site easier to navigate. People got the right answer and the right action faster.
