Delays caused by missing inputs may impact timelines.

5) Intellectual property

• After payment, you receive a license or ownership to agreed deliverables as described in the relevant agreement.
• You may not resell or redistribute our proprietary materials unless explicitly allowed.

Open-source components remain under their respective licenses.

6) Payments and refunds

Payments, billing schedule, and refund terms (if any) are defined in a separate agreement or invoice terms.

If you purchase a fixed package with a stated guarantee, the exact guarantee terms are those described on the offer page or written agreement.

7) Confidentiality

If we receive confidential information, we will treat it as confidential and use it only to deliver the service.

You agree to treat our non-public methods, pricing, and internal materials as confidential.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability related to services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited by law.

Work performed up to termination remains payable unless otherwise agreed.
